Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist (Driver Relations Associate) Salary: 18,000 THB Days of working: Mon - Fri [10.00 am – 19.00 pm] Location: The PARQ 88, Ratchadapisek Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok Contract type: Outsource by PRTR - 1 Year (Renewal Guarantee) Key Responsibilities -Act as a representative to build strong relationships and foster positive interactions with the driver community. -Monitor, manage, and resolve issues on Facebook Groups, Pages, and other platforms professionally and promptly. -Track daily and weekly concerns or trends and share insights during weekly team meetings. -Engage with drivers through multiple channels, including chat, calls, and social platforms, to address inquiries and provide updates. -Scout and organize driver participation in events, campaigns, or special projects to enhance engagement and visibility. -Handle administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and assisting with team projects as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (New graduates are welcome)
Strong verbal and written communication in Thai, with basic English proficiency for reading and writing reports (templates provided).
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Slides, etc.).
High attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to stay updated on current trends.
