1. Social Media Advertising & Growth
Develop and execute paid social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Optimize targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives for maximum ROI.
Monitor and analyze ad performance, ensuring efficiency in cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Identify opportunities for audience expansion and community growth through paid strategies.
2. Digital Ads Buying & Optimization
Manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Research and apply best-performing ad formats, placements, and audience segmentation.
Track and report on conversion rates, engagement metrics, and budget efficiency.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness.
3. Social Business & Ads Account Management
Set up, manage, and maintain social media business and ad accounts (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, Google Ads, etc.).
Ensure proper tracking and integration with analytics tools (Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
Handle billing, compliance, and troubleshooting for social ad accounts.
Work closely with finance teams to manage ad spend budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
4. Strategy & Market Analysis
Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends to optimize ad strategies.
Research competitor social media growth tactics and paid media strategies.
Provide insights on best practices for ad placements and audience targeting.
5. Reporting & Optimization
Generate regular performance reports for paid campaigns, including key metrics and insights.
Use data-driven decisions to refine targeting, bidding, and ad creatives for continuous improvement.
Provide recommendations to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions from paid efforts.
LocationThe Digital Ads & Social Media Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns, increasing follower growth across platforms, and ensuring efficient operation of social business and ad accounts. This role focuses on paid media strategies, audience targeting, and campaign performance but does not involve content creation or content performance analysis. The ideal candidate is experienced in digital ads buying, account management, and social media growth strategies.
