Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities - Manage team that work in different places (HQ, BW, and KK) - Efficiency Managing and planning on the IT devices inventory in each DC for 1.Opening new stores 2.Send to repair at stores 3.Send to onsite services team - Monitor and create monthly report on the sending devices to open new stores, repair at store, send to onsite service team. - Conduct the testing for new or change model devices that plan to use at store with developer team - Coordinate with sourcing and procurement team to issue the PR for devices and licenses - Monitor the repair and claim activities with vendors - Monitor and conduct the process of writing off broken or unable to use hardware from closed store - Monitor and grading hardware vendors (i.e. HW failure exceeds the committed percentage)
Qualifications
  1. Strong understanding of IT devices: This includes hardware (POS, Printers, Small size server, CCTVs), and network components (SMB switches).
  2. Operating systems knowledge: Has ability in administering and troubleshooting common operating systems like Android, Windows Server, Linux (various distributions). Understanding in software that use for retail shop: i.e. Remote, EMM, CCTV monitoring software, E-Mail, and Microsoft Suite
  3. Network fundamentals: Solid grasp of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), network security practices, and experience with network monitoring tools.
  4. Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively, often under pressure.
  5. Scripting or automation skills: Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  6. Technical Analytic skills: SQL Command in query the technical report including the monthly hardware and software usage (inventory report)
  7. Backup and disaster recovery: Understanding backup procedures, data recovery methods, and disaster recovery planning.
  8. Security awareness: Knowledge of IT security best practices, including user access controls, data protection, and threat mitigation.
