Job Descriptions
1. กำหนดแผนงานของฝ่ายและจัดการดำเนินการหลังจากได้รับอนุมัติจากผู้บังคับบัญชาแล้ว 2. กำหนดแผนงานของฝ่ายและจัดการดำเนินการหลังจากได้รับอนุมัติจากผู้บังคับบัญชาแล้ว 3. ตามกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาของหน่วย ให้วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีอยู่ของหน่วย คาดการณ์ความต้องการของบุคลากร กำหนดและแก้ไขการวางแผนทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และนำไปปฏิบัติหลังจากได้รับอนุมัติจากผู้นำระดับสูง 4. รับผิดชอบในการกำหนด การกำกับดูแล การดำเนินการ และการดำเนินการตามวัตถุประสงค์หลักและแผนการบริหารงานของบริษัท 5. รับผิดชอบในการร่าง การดำเนินการ การแก้ไขและปรับปรุงนโยบายของบริษัท ระบบ กระบวนการ และเอกสารอื่น ๆ 6. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการทั่วไปหรือประธานกรรมการ 7.อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศไม่จำกัด
  2. อายุ :25 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไปในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา
  5. มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
  6. อดทน ขยัน และซื่อสัตย์
  7. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  8. สามารถรับแรงกดดันได้ดี
  9. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีน และอังกฤษได้ดี
  10. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Word, Excel, PPT,SAP ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  11. มีประสบการณ์ด้านฝ่ายบุคคล 3 ปีขึ้นไป
