Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  2. Comprehensive knowledge in computer software, particularly “AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, BlueBeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat and Power Point
  3. Have work experience in the construction project
  4. Good command of English, and Burmese, etc.
  5. 6 working days a week, 10 hours a day

Location
Responsibilities: - Coordination and supervision of installation of the mechanical and plumbing services. - Assist the project team in procurement of Local mechanical materials, machineries and equipment. - Design review and Translation/Interpretation of the mechanical installation and services in buildings; Ventilations, fire protection, HVAC and ducting systems, Hot and Cold Water, sanitary, drainage, Waste Water treatment and Fuel Systems. - Assist the Mechanical department in preparing and evaluation of local bids documents for mechanical/plumbing engineering services (specifications, BOQs, rates, test reports, etc.) - Translation/Interpretation (English/Thai) during testing, commission, training and handover of mechanical and plumbing deliverables to clients. - Liaise with local government and utility companies and assist in addressing the requirements. - Coordinate the team effort to complete any task as would be required and appropriate if assigned.
