Job Descriptions

- Set policies and plans, including production goals. Collaborate with relevant departments to Supervise the production of products in the factory from the receipt of raw materials. Until the delivery of the product to the department to meet the standards and plan to meet customer needs in terms of quality, cost, quantity, and delivery time. - Control and Supervise the production of products in the factory according to the standards and plans Set out. - Coordinate with other departments to operate in the same direction and according to the plans and policies that have been laid out. - Develop and improve production processes, production methods and machines used in production with new technology continuously for increasing the efficiency of production. - Control, monitor, and measure KPIs in every department to be consistent with the organization's requirements. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor - Plan production and use of machines, manpower to be consistent with production. - Control Supervise, and Monitor the Performance of various agencies. - Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
10 years or more of work experience In the industrial factory field.
Have leadership skills and be able to solve problems.
Work well under pressure and able to work according to the production targets Set by the company.
Have Good skills in computers and English or Chinese.
Have Good communication skills. can negotiate and solve Immediate problems well.
Able to work on weekly holidays if there is urgent work.
Chinese speaking skill.
