Job Descriptions
1. Set policy and plan all maintenance management in the company/factory both mechanical and electrical 2. Coordinate with the production department to determine the annual maintenance plan for the production line. 3. Control preventive maintenance work. To check the condition of the machines so that they can be used effectively. 4. Take care of maintenance work in the case of damaged machinery. 5. Design and develop a maintenance system to be able to support production efficiently. 6. Budgeting and plan equipment PM an PDM and ensue that machine were conduct as regular. 7.Comprehensively supervise and guide the equipment and production system document management, supervise and promote the equipment maintenance and production plan and the monthly work plan of the team, guide the implementation and effect confirmation, supervise and confirm the Engineering /production and equipment maintenance instruction book, work essentials and other document perfecting work.8.Supervise and confirm the effectiveness equipment running to prevent and reduce down time.9.Organize the emergency repair and post-cause analysis of various equipment failures in the workshop, as well as repair verification and recurrence prevention.10.Combine with other management in the workshop to promote the improvement of machine efficiency, product quality and other project of improvement.
Qualifications
  1. Male, age 35-45 years.
  2. Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanic Engineering or relate.
  3. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management within the automotive industry is required.
  4. Equipment file management, equipment failure management, equipment index achievement management, asset inventory.
  5. Energy file monitoring, daily energy consumption monitoring, energy consumption index assessment management.
  6. Master and proficiently use excellent performance and business management tools.
  7. Able to reasonably arrange and control the department policy plan to ensure that the goal is achieved.
