Job Descriptions
✅ Technical Consultancy & Solution Design:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored infrastructure solutions.
- Design and propose data center architecture, covering physical servers, virtualization platforms, and HCI solutions.
- Conduct technical assessments, analyze customer environments, and create solution roadmaps.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, solution designs, and architecture blueprints to clients.
✅ Client Engagement & Presales Support:
- Engage in customer meetings to gather requirements, address technical concerns, and present solution recommendations.
- Develop and deliver solution presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Provide proof-of-concept (PoC) implementation and demonstrations as needed.
- Ensure all proposed solutions comply with client specifications and industry standards.
✅ TOR (Terms of Reference) & Compliance Specification Analysis:
- Review, analyze, and interpret TOR (Terms of Reference) and RFP/RFQ documents to ensure full understanding of client requirements.
- Ensure proposed solutions comply with technical specifications, industry regulations, and client expectations.
- Prepare compliance matrices to demonstrate how proposed solutions meet or exceed TOR requirements.
- Work with internal teams to address compliance gaps and propose alternative solutions when necessary.
✅ Bill of Materials (BOM) & Documentation:
- Develop accurate and detailed BOMs in compliance with customer requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, whitepapers, and compliance reports for project proposals.
✅ Collaboration with Vendors & Internal Teams:
- Work closely with technology vendors and distributors (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, VMware, etc.) to deliver competitive solutions.
- Assist in product evaluations, technology updates, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- 3 years+ of experience in infrastructure architecture.
- Have Knowledge in products such as Backup Solution or Network is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and wiling to learn new technologies.
- Workable or Good in English communicate.
- The advantage of having experience in vendor, distributor, or system integrator.
