Responsibilities : - Drive and manage small to medium-sized projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - Design, Develop with coding, testing, and maintain software applications to meet business requirements. - Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues to ensure smooth operations. - Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve processes and solutions for Hospital Business. - Propose and implement innovative solutions to address technical challenges. - Coordinate and work effectively with multiple teams to deliver project goals. - Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.
Ability to independently drive and manage small to medium-sized projects.
Skilled in researching, evaluating, and adopting new technologies.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
Proficient in Java and Node.js
Familiar with Python, React.js and Next.js are optional.
Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
Knowledge of AWS Cloud components and ability to design cloud-based solutions.
Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
