Job Descriptions

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing security operations in our Thailand offices and can travelling to SEA offices sometimes. Key responsibilities: •Physical Security: Conduct regular security assessments, manage access control systems including installation and maintenance. •Incident Management: Handle onsite incidents and reports, and instruct security teams for prevention. •New Hire Orientation: Conduct security-related orientations for new hires every two weeks, support new hires with ID photo uploads, and train them on special access requests and guest registration procedures. •CMT Management: Provide support during incidents or crises that may require the attention of the Crisis Management Team (CMT). •Emergency Response Planning: Develop and maintain emergency response and evacuation plans, conduct regular evacuation drills and training exercises, and establish communication protocols for emergencies. •Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about local and national security regulations, and ensure compliance with relevant security and safety standards. •Vendor and Contractor Security: Evaluate the security practices of vendors and contractors, ensure adherence to security standards, and conduct security assessments for third-party services. •Security Budget Management: Develop and manage the security budget, and handle quarterly PR and monthly invoice GR.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security operations or a related role.
Strong knowledge of physical security, access control systems, and incident management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both THAI and ENGLISH language.
Experience in emergency response planning and crisis management.
Proficiency in security budget management and financial planning.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Be able to travel across SEA countries for security meeting and business proposed.
