Responsibilities: - Actively search for potential clients and collaborate with real estate agencies - Conduct negotiations and present premium real estate properties - Organize and lead client meetings, showcase properties, and provide professional consultations on property acquisition - Prepare and manage contracts, negotiate deal terms, and ensure compliance with all obligations - Maintain the client database and CRM system - Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and develop strategic sales plans - Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and business partners Conditions: - Work schedule: 5/2 with rotating days off - Working hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM - Office-based role in our sales office (Choeng Thale) If you are passionate about real estate and have a proven track record in sales, we would love to hear from you! Qualifications
  1. Experience in real estate sales in Thailand or related industries
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to work effectively with clients
  3. Proficiency in CRM systems and office software
  4. Knowledge of the Thai real estate market and understanding of key industry trends
  5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
