Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities - Research and prepare information for investing in renewable energy businesses abroad. - Search and summarize project information from data rooms on various topics such as engineering, licensing, finance, and legal matters, and prepare reports for relevant internal stakeholders, such as the engineering and project teams, business development (BD), and legal office. - Coordinate, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings with internal departments. - Collect and prepare project plans, organize project data, and coordinate with various departments to conduct due diligence. - Conduct feasibility studies and assess investment opportunities for potential projects, including risk assessment and financial analysis by developing financial models. - Screen potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies (e.g., analyzing the renewable energy industry and key players) and conduct research on the renewable energy landscape in different countries. - Present findings and work to the management team. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience.
At least 3-5 years of experience in finance or renewable energy businesses.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent negotiation and analytical thinking skills with a team-oriented attitude.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in English (TOEIC score of 700 or equivalent).
