Job Descriptions

• Control the work processes of the engineering department to comply with the ISO system or department operating regulations as detailed below - Updated Procedure - Train team members based on the procedures • Coordinate with other departments for new products. • Coordinate with related departments for issues related to old and new products • Control the design process and propose product cost according to association or customer requirements • Provide assistance and advice to the team on new product design • Support by providing advice and guidance to the team on the sample making process as well as problem analysis and finding solutions • Review technical documents • Organize mass production transfer meeting, both new product planning meeting and product introduction meeting • Follow up the first 200 trial production and confirm the first carton packing method on the mass production line • Organize the 200 trial production result meeting • Support others internal works of engineering team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher Electrical Engineering or other related fields.
Able to use English or Chinese (listening-speaking-reading-writing)
Understand writing/reading engineering drawings and use design programs such as AutoCAD, Solid Edge
Have knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 or others
Have knowledge of association standards such as UL Safety Standard/USB IF etc.
