Job Descriptions

- Formulate and implement product development strategies. - Evaluation, analysis and implement of new equipment, technologies, automation systems to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency. - Planning, formulation, execution, supervision and collaboration with cross-functional teams, to develop new products or processes. - Provide technical support and guidance to resolve complex manufacturing issues, troubleshoot problems and optimize production output. - Develop and manage the engineering budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control. - Lead and manage engineering team, providing guidance, mentoring and training to ensure the team's success. - Implementation of plan and develop necessary support at all levels of the organization. - Ensure compliance of company policies, regulatory, customer requirements and industry standards to maintain a safe and environmentally friendly work environment. - Matters assigned by the General Manager/VP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher Electrical , Electronics Engineering or relate
More than 10 years of experience in Cable products
Familiar with Cable high-frequency products and specifications
Wire and Cable industry experience is strongly required.
English and Chinese Proficiency (all in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Able to stationed at Chachoengsao, Thailand. Travel 20-30% may require.
