Job Descriptions
1. จัดยาและเวชภัณฑ์เคส OPDและIPD ได้ตามคำสั่งแพทย์ โดยผ่านระบบของโรงพยาบาล 2. บริหารจัดการยาและเวชภัณฑ์ทั้งของห้องยา ห้องแลป ห้องตรวจ วอร์ดและห้องผ่าให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้ 3. ดูแลสต๊อกยาและเวชภัณฑ์โดยมีการเช็ค การเบิก การขอซื้อให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้ 4. ดูแลรักษาคุณภาพของยาและเวชภัณฑ์ 5. จัดยาและทำแพลนยาของสัตว์ป่วยในวอร์ดได้ครบถ้วน 6. จัดเรียงยาในห้องตามกลุ่มยา ตามวันหมดอายุก่อน-หลัง 7. ดูแลความสะอาดและความพร้อมของสถานที่ให้พร้อมปฏิบัติงาน 8.อัพเดทแพลนยาให้เป็นปัจจุบัน 9.เก็บรวบรวมขยะติดเชื้อไปทิ้งห้องทิ้งขยะติดเชื้อเพื่อรอเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลมาเก็บ 10.เติมยาและเวชภัณฑ์ในตู้ฉุกเฉินให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ชาย-หญิง อายุ 23-35 ปี
  3. ขยัน อดทน ซื่อสัตย์ ตรงต่อเวลา และละเอียดรอบครอบ
  4. มีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่สูง ละเอียดรอบครอบ
  5. รัก และชื่นชอบงานบริการ
  6. รักสัตว์ สามารถทำงานกับสัตว์ป่วยได้
  7. คล่องแคล่วว่องไว มีไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  8. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  9. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
  10. พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
