Job Descriptions
1. 负责汽车零件新项目中五金件及模具部分项目评审，转模，移交海外工厂，承接项目导入量产；Responsible for the review of hardware and mold parts in new auto parts projects, mold transfer, transfer to overseas factories, and undertake the project introduction and mass production 2. 负责五金零件导入量产的工艺技术文件编制及量产问题解决提升，掌握模具使用状况和生产质量问题，协助生产部门解决生产中模具问题；Responsible for the preparation of process and technical documents for the introduction and mass production of hardware parts, and the improvement of mass production problem solving, master the mold usage and production quality problems, and assist the production department to solve mold problems in production 3. 协助解决开发到生产中的模具问题，负责解决生产现场工艺技术质量问题；Assist in solving mold problems from development to production, and be responsible for solving process and technical quality problems at the production site; 4. 配合生产现场的调试工作，制定问题解决方案；进行模具日常维修保证生产 岗位要求；Cooperate with the debugging work at the production site, formulate problem solutions; perform daily mold maintenance to ensure production 5. 负责上级领导安排工作；Responsible for other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. 材料成型及控制工程、模具设计与制造、锻压或机械、汽车类相关专业专科以上学历；College degree or above in material forming and control engineering, mold design and manufacturing, forging or machinery, automobile-related majors;
  2. 3年以上汽车厂、模具厂冲压模具设计或工艺工作经验；熟悉汽车零部件开发流程等工作经验优先；More than 3 years of experience in stamping mold design or process in automobile factories and mold factories; experience familiar with automobile parts development process is preferred;
  3. 熟练使用二维及三维制图软件；Proficient in using 2D and 3D drawing software;
  4. 能独立操作铣床，手摇平面磨床，独立配模、试模；能够独立进行日常模具一般问题维修；Able to independently operate milling machines, hand-cranked surface grinders, independently match and test molds; able to independently perform daily general mold maintenance
  5. 具有良好的个人素质和敬业精神，较强的学习能力；具有较强的沟通协调能力及团队协作精神；Have good personal qualities and professionalism, strong learning ability; have strong communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit;
  6. 具有独立离家生活能力及稳定性；Ability to live independently away from home and stability
  7. 中国籍且由良好的英文语言沟通能力；Chinese nationality and Strong English communication skills
