while also supporting Commercial engagements with technical advice The Service Delivery Manager adheres to responsible business
practices ensuring compliance to; group, legal and financial directives.

Qualifications - Male / Famale age not over 40 Years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or related fields.
- At least 5 years experiences in Service Delivery Management or related fields.
- ICT Service Delivery Manager or Project Management skill
- Technical consultant to customer and service team
- Service ticket and case follow-up
- Service Report
- Customer meeting
- Has experience with VMware/Windows Server/Domain Controller/MS365/Firewall/Networks/Server+Storage
