Job Descriptions

1. Check the daily work site, find unsafe working conditions with the safety committee, Check the wearing of PPE of employees 2. Analyze the work process in each department, create WI, determine the correct work steps 3. Create, review the work regulations, work safety procedures 4. Assess the risk JSA, work steps in each department, classify the severity and chance of danger Determine the control and prevention methods 5. Create an annual safety plan, safe driving project, 5S activities 6. Organize annual building, electrical, lift, crane, emergency warning system inspections 7. Provide training on work safety to new employees, employees who change jobs, Create a work safety manual 8. Train contractors, check equipment Before allowing entry to work in the company (Work permit) 9. Complete 40% basic fire extinguishing training according to the law 10. Organize fire evacuation drills, simulate chemical spills, and annual flood drills 11. Send employees to receive training on crane use and safe and proper forklift driving 12. Organize first aid training, safety supervisor training, safety administrator training, and safety committee training according to the law 13. Measure the work environment (light, heat, noise, chemicals in the atmosphere annually) 14. Contact government officials to prepare documents Sor.1, Sor.3, JP.1, building inspection reports, electrical inspection reports other documents to be submitted to government officials according to the law 15. Organize annual elections for the work safety committee, prepare monthly meeting reports to provide recommendations to the employer 16. Inspect and analyze the work site in case employees have accidents, submit documents Kor.44/Kor.16 17. Prepare a report on the work operation of the Safety committee to be submitted to the government every quarter 18. Supervise environmental work 19. Request permission to transport waste and unused materials (General Waste/Hazardous Waste) Electronically/ Submit Form SK.2,

Qualifications

Gender: Female, age 28-35 years.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environment
Professional Safety officer at least 5 years of Experience in Automotive car
Basic proficiency in English communication (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving and analytical abilities.skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
