Job Descriptions
1. Resolving IT support requests from employees
2. Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
3. Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
4. Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
5. Install OS, program according to the company standards
6. Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
7. Updating employees on the status of their service requests
8. Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
9. Create purchase requisition regarding the IT equipment, accessories, etc.
10. Setup printer, scanner, IT equipment according to the business needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer sciences, Computer Engineer or related field
- Age not over 28 years
- Knowledge in software installation , troubleshooting, Windows OS knowledge
- Knowledge in user’s hardware support
- Knowledge in networking will be advantage
- Able to communicate in English
- Good command in English both written and verbal
