Job Descriptions
1.วางแผนและจัดการโฆษณาออนไลน์บนแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ เช่น Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Line Ads และอื่นๆ เพื่อโปรโมทโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ 2.วิเคราะห์และปรับแต่งแคมเปญโฆษณาให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ดีที่สุดตาม KPI (CPL, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) 3.ทำ A/B Testing เพื่อทดสอบและหากลยุทธ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด 4.วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมลูกค้าเป้าหมาย (Buyer Persona) เพื่อกำหนด Targeting และ Retargeting อย่างแม่นยำ 5.ปรับปรุง Landing Page และ Creative Ads เพื่อเพิ่ม Conversion Rate 6.ใช้ Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM Tracking ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและวัดผลโฆษณา 7.บริหารงบประมาณโฆษณาให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด และทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานพร้อมแนวทางปรับปรุง 8.ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Marketing, Content และ Sales เพื่อพัฒนาแคมเปญโฆษณาให้เหมาะสมกับแผนการตลาดของบริษัท
Qualifications
  1. ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี ในการทำโฆษณาออนไลน์
  2. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook Ads (Lead Gen, Conversion), TikTok Ads, และ Line Ads
  3. มีทักษะด้าน Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลอื่นๆ
  4. เข้าใจการทำ SEO, SEM และ Conversion Optimization (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  5. มีความสามารถในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และวางกลยุทธ์ ปรับปรุงโฆษณาเพื่อให้เกิด ROI สูงสุด
  6. มีประสบการณ์ทำ A/B Testing, Audience Segmentation และ Retargeting
  7. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และทำงานร่วมกับทีม Content และ Design ได้ดี
  8. หากมี ประสบการณ์ทำโฆษณาอสังหาริมทรัพย์มาก่อน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
