Job Descriptions
1.IT HARDWARE MANAGEMENT (Preventive Maintenance, Sufficient hardware during normal & peak period, IT asset aging management) 2.1ST LEVEL SUPPORT CORE APPLICATION: GOLD STOCK, GOLD VOCAL (TBDC, TBXD, LKDC) PICK TO LIGHT (TBDC) LOCAL APPLICATION : RAMS, WEB PORTAL, RFQC (TBDC, TBXD, LKDC) F-PAD, KIOSK WEIGHT SCALE (LKDC) 3.1ST LEVEL SUPPORT DATA CENTER Daily physical check up on server, storage, ups, air condition to control proper temperature Daily logical check up on server base on check list provides by MIS LOG HO 4.TEAM COACHING & SHIFT MANAGEMENT Daily physical check up on network equipment & WAN link between HO & DC
