Job Descriptions

Marketing & Sales •Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth. •Analyze sales and market data to support business planning. •Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Finance) to ensure accurate pricing, quotations, and product development. •Oversee and improve sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with production capacity and customer demand. •Manage negotiations with key clients and international partners when escalations occur. •Prepare and refine business procedures, sales reports, and marketing documents for process optimization. Customer Service & Operations •Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely order fulfillment. •Review, verify, and approve sales-related documents to maintain accuracy and compliance. •Monitor and coordinate production schedules to meet delivery timelines. •Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
3 years of project management experience, preferably in packaging or related industries.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both in Thai and English.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
