Job Descriptions
• Developing business plan, marketing strategy & marketing calendar to drive business results
• Creating marketing plan to build brand awareness and drive traffic to the stores
• Developing media plan to ensure the effectiveness of communication.
• Managing and creating appropriate marketing campaign for a variety of each season
• Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving sales performance
• Creating attractive promotion campaign to build up sales performance
• Working with advertising departments or agencies to increase customer acquisition
• Analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints.
• Creating effective promotion and advertising programs for assigned brand in cooperation with advertising Agency
• Analyzing market and competitors to ensure proactive activities
Qualifications
- Male or female age 35 years old or above.
- 5+ years of proven marketing experience
- Experience in Quick Service Restaurant sector
- Hands on experience managing agencies and vendors
- Strong analytical, data-driven and leadership
- Well organizational and project management skills
- Experience in copywriting, SEO, online advertising
