Job Descriptions
1. Policy interpretation and compliance support - Responsible for interpreting Thailand BOI policies to ensure that the investment and operation of factories in the medical supplies industry comply with BOI's tax incentives, land leasing incentives and other policy requirements. - Provide compliance consulting services to assist factories in completing BOI application, approval and registration processes to ensure that the project passes the review smoothly. 2. Project evaluation and strategic planning - Evaluate investment projects in the medical supplies industry, analyze their feasibility, economic benefits and policy compliance, and provide strategic advice to factories. - Assist in formulating the factory's long-term development plan to ensure it complies with BOI policy guidelines and Thailand's national economic development goals. 3. Maintenance of government relations ་- Maintain good communication with Thai government departments (such as BOI, customs, commodity inspection, etc.) to ensure that the factory receives support in policy implementation, customs clearance procedures, etc. ་- Handle document exchanges and field work with government departments to ensure project compliance. 4. Training and internal support - Provide training on BOI policies, compliance procedures and industry trends to the factory internal team to enhance the team's professional capabilities. - Assist factories to establish and improve internal compliance systems to ensure that daily operations comply with BOI requirements. 5. Market and industry analysis -- Research the market trends, competition status and policy changes of the medical supplies industry to provide decision-making basis for factories. - Analyze competitors’ patents, technologies and market strategies and formulate countermeasures for the factory.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or above, with a background in law, economics, international trade, supply chain management or related majors preferred.
  2. More than five years of relevant work experience, familiar with Thailand BOI policies, tax incentives, land lease incentives and import tariff reduction policies provided by BOI, to ensure that the factory enjoys the maximum policy dividends and compliance requirements of the medical supplies industry.
  3. Applicants with experience in administrative compliance consulting such as enterprise registration, change, and cancellation will be given priority.
  4. Fluent in Thai and able to use it as a working language; proficient in Chinese or English and able to handle Chinese or English documents and communicate with international clients.
  5. Comply with the storage, transportation and quality management standards of Thailand's medical supplies industry, ensure that factory operations comply with industry regulations, and be familiar with Thailand's BOI policies, customs clearance procedures and relevant regulations of the medical supplies industry.
  6. Ensure that the factory's investment, operation, and import and export processes comply with Thailand's national policies and regulations to avoid legal risks. Have strong project management capabilities and be able to independently complete project evaluation and implementation.
  7. Have good communication and coordination skills and stress resistance, and be able to handle emergencies.
  8. Work meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to complete tasks independently.
