Job Descriptions

-Monitoring and observing bank’s activities to compliance with Bank of Thailand’s regulations, Anti-money Laundering Office and other regulator’s policy. -Monitoring business Operations/activities to comply with applicable laws, rules & regulations (BOT, SEC, NCB, AMLO, etc.) -Monitor newly established or update relevant laws and regulations (BOT, SEC, NCB, AMLO, etc.) and communicate to Business Unit Department. -Review & update company policies, internal rules, and business operation process and activity. -Collaborate with Business Departments to direct compliance issues for new product development or any changing of company products. -Government Regulator liaison.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Laws, Business Administration, Finance and related field
Have experiance in Compliance supervisor - assistant manager
Good overview knowledge of compliance
knowledge on BOT , AMLO is plus.
Good analytical skill.
Good team management and handle under pressure.
Good in English communication
