Job Descriptions

1. Receive orders from customer 2. Sumarried order and consolidate contracts for each item 3. Control and manage the export shipment as customers requiremant and smoothly 4. Summarize the quantity and price swithcing timing for each item 5. Coordinate with Japanese customer and internal department 6. Making a shipping plan according to the production plan, and check and adjust the schedule to meet the customers requirments (PO) 7. Control and check the correction of documents, (invoice, Entry document) 8. Other assignment related to Japan 9. Actions and confirmations for various TNC stocks 10. Adjusting the shipping schedule of the PSL factory to meet the demands of Japanese customers 11. Support to PSL Shipment arrangement and arrange to forwarder 12. Support to BOI section (custome only)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
Japanese JLPT certified level N1 - N2.
excellent speaking, reading and withing skill in Japanese
Friendly, Good Coordination
3 - 5 years' experience in Freight transportation and trading operations
Contractual switching and collaboration with Japanese customers
High responsibilities, strong organizational and hard working.
