Logistics and Supply Chain Management: - Oversee the importation and delivery of products from China, such as air conditioners, home appliances, and Chiller & VRF systems. - Manage transportation and ensure timely and safe delivery of products from suppliers in China to the company’s warehouse in Thailand. - Coordinate product deliveries from the warehouse to retail outlets or distributors across Thailand. Supply Chain Planning and Process Improvement: - Analyze and design supply chain processes that are suitable for the product range, including air conditioners, Chiller systems, VRF systems, and home appliances. - Develop strategic plans for inventory management and transportation. - Continuously improve supply chain processes for efficiency and cost reduction. Budget Control and Cost Management: - Create and monitor the logistics and supply chain budget, including transportation, storage, and operational costs. - Control and reduce transportation and storage costs to maintain efficiency. Team Management: - Supervise and develop the logistics and supply chain team by assigning tasks and ensuring effective execution. - Provide guidance and training on managing product imports, transportation, and storage, especially for large products like air conditioners. Vendor and External Service Provider Coordination: - Communicate and negotiate with suppliers in China and external service providers to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries. - Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, such as air conditioner manufacturers and suppliers. Monitoring and Reporting: - Analyze and monitor the performance of logistics and supply chain operations to meet company goals. - Report on performance and suggest improvements or strategies to optimize the supply chain management process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, specifically related to importing and transporting goods from international markets.
Experience in managing air conditioners, Chiller, VRF systems, or industrial equipment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in using relevant software such as SAP, Oracle, and Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
