Job Descriptions
1.เปิด PO ติดต่อสั่งซื้ออะไหล่จาก AAI และจากร้านค้าภายนอก
2.รับเข้าอะไหล่ในระบบ DMS
3.จัดทำเอกสาร Authorization
4.จัดทำเอกสาร CN พร้อมทั้งทำในระบบ DMS
5.จัดทำเอกสาร Adjust อะไหล่พร้อมทั้งทำในระบบ DMS
6.จัดทำเอกสารใบยืมอะไหล่ /ติดตามเคลียร์ใบยืมอะไหล่
7.ทำรายงานค่าคอมมิชชั่น / รายงานต่างๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
8.ทำเอกสารเบิกเงินค่าขนส่ง
9.จัดเตรัยมเอกสารส่งทางแผนกบัญชีและหรือแผนกอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี
- มีพื้นฐานใช้ Microsoft office เป็นอย่างดี อาทิ Word Excel
- มีความละเอียดรอบครอบ มีทักษะการวางแผนงานได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
- พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษดี
