Job Descriptions
1. Formulate and set Quality & SHE standards.
2. Manage all incoming material and component inspection activities, and develop and manage new product test activities.
3. Manage the disposal of non-conforming material, components and products, ensuring that company and product quality requirements are met.
4. Monitor the verification and follow-up of Quality & SHE issues for the whole production line, ensuring all open non-conforming issues can be closed in a timely manner.
5. Interface with suppliers/customers on inspection methods, test report requirements in technical agreements, master sample sign- off, on-site inspections, and non-conforming components and products disposal method.
6. Q & SHE improvement and cost saving projects.
7. Manage manufacturing quality: process audit, product audit, developing and updating inspection working instructions and control plans, quality awareness training, process non-conformity goods disposal, etc;
8. Lead and participate in frequent internal Quality & SHE audits both as an internal auditor to ensure that the Quality & SHE management system is in with ISO international standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years- experience in industrial and leadership roles
- In depth knowledge of Quality & SHE
- High empathy for Quality & SHE
- Have basic knowledge of English
