Job Descriptions
1.AP Local and oversea Match purchase orders to invoices and enter invoices into systems.
2.Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
3.Enter expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries.
4.Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
5.Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements. Enter new or update vendor names and data.
6.Report Input taxes.
7.AP Asset and Asset report
8.Reimbursement, advance and Petty Cash.
9.Analyzing purchase requisition and unblock.
10.Coordinate assigned accounting activities with other departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- +3 years as Accounts Payable.
- Computer experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel.
- Fair of English skill.
