1. Monitor Payroll calculation and salary payment
2. Manage & follow up process about Social Security, Compensation Fund, Provident Fund and Income Tax
3. Manage Welfare work (in monetary jobs)
4. Performance management system Evaluation
5. Control Labour Cost & Design Salary Structure
Qualifications
- อายุ 40 - 45 ปี
- ป.ตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ เศรษฐศาสตร์ และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้าน Compensation & Benefits อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและประมวลผลด้วยโปรแกรม Excel เช่น Power Query , Power Pivot
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงานและมาตรฐานการจ่ายค่าตอบแทน
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและสามารถจัดการงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษดี
- มีทักษะการการใช้โปรแกรม HRIS และ PMS
