Job Descriptions

Responsibilities • Contribute to top management team as part of credit analysis, credit scoring model and collection performance • Responsible for credit analytics report, recommendation and policy covering entire credit process • Apply credit risk management and diversification strategy to improve overall portfolio credit quality with pricing justification • Initiate credit segmentation strategy/framework to evaluate segment performance and to identify market opportunities • Take leadership role to develop and implement credit scoring model with other parties • Develop collection strategy and account management plan for both in-housed team and OA to improve loss recovery • Lead credit process improvement plan for better service turnaround time and operational efficiency • Collaborate in relevant project(s), and act as key member to drive them to meet timeline and objective • Lead and work on key projects as per assigned by top management

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related fields
At least 10 years of practical professional background under credit analysis, collection strategy, credit modelling, alternative credit scoring model, credit risk management or related functions
Strong knowledge of the business model of retail credit products, process and service
Direct working experience in start-up environment, financial service industry or Fintech company would be a strong plus
Strong leadership, well organized, highly energetic, strong passion to drive result and work effectively to meet strict timeline
Strong commitment to deliver superior business performance following organizational aspiration
Good written and verbal communication skill in English
