Job Descriptions
1. Process improvement for die casting, mold maintenance and finishing process. 2. Process control for die casting, mold maintenance and finishing. 3. Committee of activity company. 4. KPIs control and evaluation improvement OEE, cost and defect in process. 5. Management system IATF 16949 & ISO 14001. 6. Management teamwork and collaboration. 7. Information management. 8. Training skills to level leader up.
Qualifications
  1. Male , Age 40 years up.
  2. Bachelor degree in Industrial or Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Relatde field.
  3. With minimum of 10 years' experience preferable in die casting process.
  4. Good command of English and computer literacy.
  5. Strong in leadership, coaching and decision making skills.
  6. Positive thinking, energetic, initiative, pro-active and a good team leader.
  7. Good cooperation and attitude to work with people as teamwork.
  8. Knowledge about to IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 system.
