Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: 1. Tracking a new product readiness for BOM, drawing, sample parts, tools/equipments, testing setup, packing, and including a mass production training plan by SAP. 2. Register drawings and engineering documents, and BOM. 3. Support materials transfer in SAP for sample stage, e.g. Engineering PR/ Good Receive/Work Order/Balance Stock & Scrap report. 4. Updating and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees. 5. Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications. 6. International Travel for support customer requirement 7. Other jobs assignments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or other experience related.
At least 1-2 years of experience in project adminstrator in manufactory.
ERP, and BOM experiences.
Document control skill
Good personal paticipation and coordination with across functions.
Project Management in Grantt chart, SAP
Solid in Ms office
Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF16949
AQP, PPAP
Strong in English communication ( Speaking , Writing, and Listening)
Good attitude, working as team and communication skills
