5.ตรวจสอบแก้ไขระบบ Hardware,Network,OS
6.มีความเข้าใจการทำงานของคอมพิวเตอร์,เครื่องพิมพ์,จอภาพ,อุปกรณ์สำรองไฟ
7.มีความรู้เรื่องระบบ Network
8.ดูระบบ Network
9.ติดตั้ง ลงโปรแกรม ดูแลระบบ Internet และระบบ Security
10.ดูแลแก้ไขปัญหา Hardware และ Software ซ่อมแชม
11.ดูแลคอมพิวเตอร์ให้ใช้งานได้ดีอยู่เสมอ
12.ช่วย support งานด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ให้กับองค์กร
