Job Descriptions

•Planning for daily, monthly, yearly maintenance, corrective maintenance, and annual shutdowns. •Control preventive maintenance as per related schedules. •Manage CM work according to priority, not effect to operation interruption. •Participating in daily maintenance meetings or any concerned meetings. •Analyze, planning and action daily inspections of machines and all equipments (visual inspections). •Follow up on work orders generated by the CMMS program, planning materials and man-power, and maintenance duration, and, inputting necessary information and updating work status. •Provide support in relation to spare parts inventory to set max-min and specifications of spare parts and consumables requirements and procurement. •Conduct maintenance prevention upon trouble analysis and maintenance reports. •Set up and control yearly maintenance budgets. •Initiate and review SOP, WI, JSA and quality system documents. •Supervise and control / evaluate subordinate & contractors in terms all of tasks, quality, and safety. •Coordinate maintenance activity with maintenance team. •Cooperate with operation team. •Cooperate with QHSE Engineer. •Cooperate with procurement team •Manage over time of the maintenance team. •Follow up performance / perform annual appraisal / set up individual and collective objectives. •Develop people’s skills. •Manage contractors. •Periodical PM Plans and evaluate forecast costs in place by periods •Prepare Annual Maintenance Budget. •Follow up and optimize maintenance cost. •Optimize spare parts and consumable. •Other work assigned to you by supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial engineer)
2-5 years working experience in maintenance activity or Maintenance Planner role (PM/TPM and knowledge maintenance skills, as well as PM planning skills
Professional Qualifications/Training: TPM, CMMS (COSWIN maintenance program)
Language: Excellent or good English both written and communication
Excellent skills in: Maintenance management, Spare part Management, Microsoft office, ect.
Others: Leadership, Open-minded, can-do attitude, Can work under pressure, Team player.
Have Experience in Power Plant is an advantage
Male Age 25 - 35 years
Able to work in Chonburi
