Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities
•Identify and develop new customer opportunities to expand our market presence.
•Strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive higher sales and repeat business.
•Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
•Provide expert product knowledge and recommend tailored solutions to clients.
•Work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
•Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
•Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior materials, construction, or related industries.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of carpets, SPC flooring, or acoustic panels is a plus.
