Job Descriptions
บริหารจัดการและควบคุมทีม IT Support เพื่อให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคแก่ผู้ใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ วางแผน จัดสรร และติดตามการทำงานของทีม เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่ซับซ้อน และให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมงาน พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานของทีม IT Support ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการปฏิบัติงาน และนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร ดูแลและบริหารจัดการระบบ IT ต่างๆ ของบริษัท ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและปรับปรุงระบบ IT
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้าน IT Support อย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  3. มีความรู้และทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่หลากหลาย เช่น ระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows/macOS, ระบบเครือข่าย, อุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์, และซอฟต์แวร์ต่างๆ
  4. มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ การสื่อสาร และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
  5. มีความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และสามารถจัดการกับสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
  6. มีใจรักบริการ และมีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
