Job Descriptions
Role and Responsibilities •Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. •Prepare month-end closing, financial statements, reports, and reconciliations. •Handle tax filing and ensure compliance with tax regulations. •Manage accounts payable and receivable. •Reconcile bank statements and track bank deposits and payment. •Prepare and analysis monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. •Participate in financial audits and coordinate with auditors. •Handle cash, credit and debit transactions with customers. •Issue invoice, receipts, refunds or change.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related filed.
  2. Minimum of 3 years proven relevant experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
  4. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and MS outlook.
  5. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  6. Having pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skill.
  7. Good command in English.
