Job Descriptions
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งออก เช่น Invoice , Packing List, BL, Certificate of Origin และเอกสารที่ใช้ในการส่งออกอื่นๆ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร เช่น ฝ่ายผลิต, สายเรือ, บริษัทขนส่ง และหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับตัวแทนในการดำเนินพิธีการทางศุลกากร
- ตรวจสอบตารางเรือ และ ติดตามสถานการณ์ขนส่งสินค้า
- จัดทำรายงาน และ บันทึกข้อมูลการส่งออก
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
- ปริญญาตรีบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีทักษะในการประสานงาน และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา
- มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานวันจันทร์-วันเสาร์ได้
