Fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing. Applicants with excellent Chinese and English skills will be given priority.
1、接收客户委托，根据业务需求提供订舱、订车、仓储、报关等进出口供应链服务，维护客户，协助客户解决关务、货运运输等供应链异常问题，满足客户关于进出口相关供应链需求；
2、根据发票、箱单、提单等，整理报关单证，并跟踪单证海关申报进展；
3、跟踪车辆提送货情况，货物海关放行情况；
4、协调报关行、操作部、财务部等各个部门保障业务顺利开展；
5、对货代行业成本有一定了解，能够对接国内财务做好结算工作。
1. Receive customer entrustment, provide import and export supply chain services such as booking, vehicle booking, warehousing, customs declaration, etc. according to business needs, maintain customers, assist customers in solving abnormal supply chain problems such as customs affairs and freight transportation, and meet customers' import and export related supply chain needs;
2. Organize customs declaration documents according to invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc., and track the progress of customs declaration of documents;
3. Track the delivery of vehicles and customs clearance of goods;
4. Coordinate with customs brokers, operations department, finance department and other departments to ensure the smooth development of business;
5. Have a certain understanding of the cost of the freight forwarding industry and be able to connect with domestic finance to do a good job in settlement.
Qualifications
