Job Descriptions
We are seeking a HR Manager to oversee HR of seven diverse companies within the Phatara 8 Group, comprising of 150 staff across multiple industries. This role requires a capable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude, and excels in problem-solving without becoming overwhelmed.
About the Companies:
1.1010 Bangkok: A wine bar and restaurant located on 5th Floor Empshere Deparment Store.
2.Asian Oasis: A hospitality brand specializing in sustainable and eco-friendly travel experiences, offering unique, culturally immersive tours and accommodations.
3.Araksa: A boutique tea plantation focusing on sustainable tea production and offering educational visitor experiences.
4.Araksa Tea Room: A charming tea room offering a curated selection of premium teas sourced from Araksa Tea Garden and Thai slow food.
5.Travelport: A leading travel technology company that provides solutions to simplify and enhance travel booking systems.
6.One Talaad: A dynamic import and distribution company, including exclusive rights to distribute White Claw in Thailand.
7.Phatara 8: A management company committed to delivering shared services for all it's subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
•Developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives
•Managing recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development across all companies.
•Overseeing payroll, compensation, and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.
•Ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
•Providing strategic HR support to leadership teams and solving challenges unique to each industry.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Thai
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
- With 5 years experience in managing human resource and administration department/operation in a generalist function/exposure including payroll
