Responsibilities 1.Arrange the allocation of resource in production line and implement all regulations of department and company. จัดสรรทรัพยากรในสายการผลิตและดำเนินการตามข้อบังคับของแผนกและบริษัททั้งหมด 2.Monitor the production safety and discipline; manage 6S of production area. ตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยและระเบียบวินัยในการผลิต; จัดการระบบ 6S ในพื้นที่การผลิต 3.Responsible for supervising and training employees following Working Instruction. รับผิดชอบในการดูแลและฝึกอบรมพนักงานตามคำแนะนำการทำงาน (WI) 4.Arrange production according to production plan and monitor the progress strictly. จัดการการผลิตตามแผนการผลิตและตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าอย่างเคร่งครัด 5.Provide the feedback of any issues in process and ensure the quality of products. ให้ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับปัญหาต่างๆ ในกระบวนการและรับประกันคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ 6.Daily maintenance of equipment, fixture and jig, promote the utilization rate. ดูแลการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์, ชิ้นส่วน และเครื่องมือในแต่ละวัน ส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์จากอุปกรณ์ให้มากที่สุด 7.In charge of material management in production line, locate materials in defined station with clear label and track the materials. รับผิดชอบในการจัดการวัสดุในสายการผลิต จัดหาวัสดุในสถานีที่กำหนด พร้อมทั้งติดป้ายแสดงและติดตามวัสดุ 8.Ensure all operations according to effective instruction. ตรวจสอบให้มั่นใจว่าการปฏิบัติงานทั้งหมดดำเนินไปตามคำแนะนำที่มีผลบังคับใช้ 9.In charge of the record and document management in production line integrity, accuracy and effectiveness. รับผิดชอบในการจัดการบันทึกและเอกสารในสายการผลิตให้ครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง และมีประสิทธิภาพ 10.Propose kaizen suggestions, promote the efficiency of production line. เสนอแนวทาง Kaizen และส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพของสายการผลิต 11.Deal with other assignments assigned by superior. จัดการกับงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
