Job Descriptions

•Sourcing and attracting candidates by using Job search websites, databases, social media, etc. •Work closely within HR Team and coordinate the hiring managers to understand needs and job specifications. •Screen applications and conduct phone/online interviews. Manage candidates throughout the interview and hiring process. •Conducting job interviews and filtering candidates for open positions and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule and follow up on interview process status and update records in the company’s database. •Coordinate with Recruitment Team and the hiring managers to ensure they get full support on all sourcing activities. •Support Recruitment Team preparing recruitment materials, post jobs to appropriate job boards and others. And assist updating Recruitment Reports. •Other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related fields
Experienced in all recruitment process 2 years
Experienced in recruiting for Engineering, Sales and Technical Staff would be benefits.
Knowledge in Thailand’s Labor Law
Good communication in Thai and English
