Job Descriptions
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Port Processor to manage customs clearance and port operations for import and export shipments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Thai customs regulations, coordinating with port authorities, and facilitating the smooth movement of goods through customs and port facilities. Key Responsibilities: Handle customs clearance procedures and documentation for shipments passing through Thai ports. Ensure compliance with Thai customs regulations and international trade policies. Work closely with port authorities, customs officials, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to expedite clearance. Review and process import/export documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and declarations. Classify goods under the correct Harmonized System (HS) codes and calculate applicable duties and taxes. Monitor and track shipments, addressing any customs or port-related issues to avoid delays. Maintain accurate records of all customs and port transactions. Stay updated on changes in customs and port regulations to ensure continued compliance. Assist in cost-saving initiatives related to port and customs operations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree
  2. Has Own Motorcycle
  3. 2-4 years of experience in customs processing, port operations, or freight forwarding.
  4. Strong knowledge of Thai customs clearance procedures and port logistics. Proficiency in customs clearance software and electronic data interchange (EDI) systems.
  5. Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (Chinese language proficiency is a plus).
  6. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  7. Familiarity with import/export laws, free trade agreements, and tariff structures.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics management tools.
