Job Descriptions
•Develop and execute environmental health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines and related regulations. •Plan and manage all company environmental and safety policies and procedures to consist with company policy. •Prepare, and recommend plans, and projects to the environmental and safety committee including various campaign activities environmental and safety. •Operate the Emergency Response plan according to Thai labor law. •Identifying the cause and analysis of hazards illness, environmental aspects and community complaints. •Supervise and conduct the internal audit of the ISO 14001 & ISO45001 systems. •Conduct Risk assessment and summarize company risk for report to top management. •Support environmental and safety activity both in company group and customer. •Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions. •Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims. •Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures •Others that related safety and environmental activity.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor of Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
  2. Minimum 5 years’ direct experience in Safety and Environmental management systems.
  3. Knowledge and fully understand laws and regulations concerning Health, Safety, and Environmental.
  4. Strong Knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with management and employees
  6. Good management skill, strong analytical and proven experience in driving process improvement.
  7. Good command of English in both speaking and writing
  8. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
