Job Descriptions

Sourcing & Costing Seek potential local and overseas suppliers for alternative product proposals. Compare costs and analyze pricing structures. Develop and qualify new suppliers to achieve cost reductions and quality enhancements. 1. Responsible for sourcing and managing materials, equipment, and services for engineering and manufacturing projects. 2. Conduct detailed cost analyses for materials, components, and products to ensure cost efficiency. 3. Interface with buyers, suppliers, production teams, and related departments to resolve material issues and negotiate optimal agreements. 4. Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability to ensure alignment with company requirements. 5. Ensure purchased materials meet technical and industry standards. Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. 6. Collaborate with project teams to define procurement needs and optimize sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

Male or Female 22-28 years old (New graduates are welcome to apply)
Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering, mechanical, or related field.
Previous experience as a Purchasing, Sourcing, or Costing Engineer for 1-3 years in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
Good command of speaking, reading and writing in English .
Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, etc.).
