Job Descriptions
1. นำทีมในการปิดบัญชีสินค้าคงคลังและต้นทุนในแต่ละเดือน 2. ดำเนินมาตรการเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าต้นทุนในระบบมีความถูกต้อง 3. กระทบยอดบัญชีสินค้าคงคลังและต้นทุนกับบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไป 4. จัดทำและพัฒนารายงานวิเคราะห์สินค้าคงคลัง และวิเคราะห์ความคลาดเคลื่อนเป็นรายเดือน 5. ติดตามธุรกรรมเกี่ยวกับสินค้าคงคลังที่ศูนย์กระจายสินค้า (DC) และร้านค้าเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าข้อมูลถูกต้อง และตรวจสอบกรณีที่มีปัญหา 6. พัฒนาการปรับปรุงระบบควบคุมภายในที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้าคงคลัง 7. ประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีภายนอกในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้าคงคลังและต้นทุน 8. มีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลัง 9. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. สัญชาติไทย, ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชีหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานโดยตรงด้านสินค้าคงคลังและต้นทุน 5-10 ปี
  3. มีแนวคิดเชิงปฏิบัติ (Hands-on Mindset), ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา และทักษะการวิเคราะห์ที่ดี พร้อมให้ความสำคัญกับรายละเอียด
  4. มีความสามารถในการบริหารและควบคุมดูแลทีมงาน
  5. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในโปรแกรม MS Office โดยเฉพาะ MS Excel (Pivot, VLookUp) และ PowerPoint
  6. หากมีประสบการณ์โดยตรงในธุรกิจค้าปลีก, ไฮเปอร์มาร์เก็ต, ร้านสะดวกซื้อ หรือ FMCG จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน SAP และ WMS จะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
