Job Descriptions

1Set upt the schedule and track FA plans to meet delivery dates. 2Coordinate technicians regarding new sample creation and document preparation. 3Review and interpret product specifications, drawings, and work orders for technicians. 4Communicate with customers when deviations are found before and during FA creation 5Analyze and solve work problems or assist technicians in solving work problems. 6Deliver completed the FA samples and FA reports to meet customer requirements. 7Improving FA First pass rate, FA yield for generation and documentation. 8Respond to customer issues and complaints as needed. 9Suggest measures to improve production methods device performance and product quality. 10Work with customers, suppliers and colleagues to solve and implement the best and most cost-effective technical solutions. 11Follow up on customer ECO results and ensure ECO closes on time. 12Maintain departmental quality systems and operating procedures and develop new systems to achieve objectives. Organizational quality and compliance with QMS and EHMS requirements.

Qualifications

เพศหญิง/เพศชาย
วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี และมีประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไปในโรงงานผลิต/ประกอบสายไฟ/อิเล็คทรอนิคส์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการอ่าน Drawing
มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหา
สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ (Ms.office)
สามารถอ่าน เขียน และพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
มีทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ
