Job Descriptions

- Leading, consultation and supervised staff for troubleshooting - Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with Customer) - Have familiar with enterprise network and System infrastructure - Configuraiton maintain various network and System deivce(e.g Cisco SDWAN,Palo-alto Firewall,Window Server, WSUS,DNS) - Provide support / troubleshooting to resolve issues following service level agreement - Work with under pressure and others assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Thai Nationality.
Male or Female
Age 25-35 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Sceince, Information Technology. or related fields.
Experience as a Technical System engineer or Solid background in System Infrastructure
Strong Technical Experience with Window server 2022, WSUS, Reverse Proxy, AD, DNS, VMWare, Hyper-V, Veeam, Storage
Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco switch, Prisma(Palo Alto Firewall),IPSec, SDWAN Viptela
Good communication in English
Excellent problem-solving, analytical including Root-cause identification skills
